7 Reasons Why You Are Not Getting Sleep And How To Treat Them

7. Drinking water and maintaining hydration is important for the proper functioning of the body, but try to avoid drinking liquids before bed so you do not have to get up at night to go to the bathroom, thus disrupting sleep.
