Testimony of a Peruvian from Kyiv
RPP Noticias spoke with Rafael Carpena, a Peruvian who arrived in Kyiv six days ago. He also seeks to leave the Ukrainian capital with his wife and son.
“This is a real start to the war and what Ukraine is requesting is the sending of foreign troops and concrete military support such as the shipment of weapons and that countries like Switzerland or Finland do not refuse to send weapons,” he said.
